EDITOR—I wish to remind President Museveni that he promised the people of Sserubona in Kituntu, Mawokota in the early ‘90s that the Government would connect the area to the national power grid.

Alas! Up to now we have never had electricity.
If the President intends to contest the presidential elections in 2011, he should remember that the people of Kituntu are still backward because he did not fulfil his promise!
