EDITOR—Last year the Government introduced the local service tax. I thought it could be of use to my area.

EDITOR—Last year the Government introduced the local service tax. I thought it could be of use to my area. However, ever since we began we can hardly see any change yet thousands of workers have paid this tax! Among the many problems in the area, we hardly get tap water! Where is the money?
