Ingredients Beef salt Tomatoes Onions Garlic Irish potatoes Green pepper Carrots Cooking oil Tomato paste Royco water
Method 1.Heat oil in a pan 2. Fry the diced onions until they are sweaty 3. Add garlic and fry for three minutes
4. Throw in the beef and fry for 10 minutes. (If the meat sticks to the bottom of the pan, pour in a little water to loosen it and continue frying)
5. Throw in the diced tomatoes, carrots, green pepper and potatoes. Also add a tablespoon of tomato paste. Let them cook together for five minutes. Salt to taste
6. Pour in enough water to cover the contents of the pan. Mix it well and cover the pan. Let it simmer for 10 minutes
7. Mix some Royco (mchuzi mix) with a little water and add to the stew. Stir the stew until it thickens then take it off the fire
8. Serve it hot. It is a very nutritious and tasty meal
