5.30am: It has been a good, bright morning. Just got off a 30-minute call from my fiancée, Robbie. An inspiring chat. Simply what the doctor ordered. True what they say: Behind every successful man......No wonder, it’s a good, bright morning.

7.00am: Returned to slumberland after The Call. Just risen up. No need to rise up early as training is at 10am.

8.30am: Invaded the dining room. Had a boiled egg yesterday; so I decided to have a fried one today. I also ate a sausage, a water melon and pieneapple. Sat with Simeon [Masaba]. Nestroy [Kizito], who joined us last night, strolled in at around 8:45am to have his share.

9:30am: I’m all dressed up for training. I’m really looking smart.

MTN brought us sleeveless kit [Cameroon-style]. For those of us with some ‘muscle’, the results are awesome. Don’t know about those without muscle.

THOUGHT FOR THE MATCH:
It’s one-day to D-Day! The lads will approach this game like a cup final. We need as many goals as possible. We must concentrate on getting the first. Others will follow. We’ll count on God first and our “12th man” — the fans.
