EDITOR—Much as we could admit that change has never been welcomed by consensus, there is need for change in mayor Nasser Sebaggala’s administration. In fact ‘Seya’ needs to watch his tongue.

The statements he makes these days especially about market vendors in Kisekka and Nakasero markets declare him a complete riddle even to his fellow seyas. The mayor is no longer bothered about the plight of the people who voted him into power!
