Cross-generational sex

EDITOR—As a visitor to Kampala, I was interested to see a large billboard in Kansanga, exhorting people to refrain from cross-generational sex. Presumably this means a sexual relationship where one partner is more than a generation older than the other.

EDITOR—As a visitor to Kampala, I was interested to see a large billboard in Kansanga, exhorting people to refrain from cross-generational sex. Presumably this means a sexual relationship where one partner is more than a generation older than the other.

I was then puzzled to read in the Sunday Vision that the cultural leader of the Bakonzo, aged 52 years, is to be married to a lady of just 19 years. Not only that, but the marriage is to take place in St Paul’s Cathedral in Kasese. so presumably this marriage is sanctified by the church. Is this not cross-generational sex?

If not, at what age does the younger partner have to pass before this cross-generational age difference no longer applies? I am 20 years older than my wife. Could someone give me some guidance about this delicate issue?
