Posta, please clarify
EDITOR—I need clarification from the the management of posta uganda. Is the recipient of a parcel supposed to pay any money before the parcel? Recently, when my mother went to the post office, mbale branch, to pick her parcel from europe, she was asked to pay sh1,0000 for ‘tax’.

Which tax is this supposed to be? Has the method changed? In the past we never used to pay anything to receive parcels.
