We wish to inform our esteemed customers and the general public that in 2000, a memorandum of understanding was signed with Uganda Revenue Authority which stipulates that all parcels received at our premises must be declared to customs, before the owner receives it.
The URA customs officials determine whether the contents of a parcel are taxable or not, as per the taxation laws of Uganda.
On our part, we charge only sh3,000 as a handling fee to cater for our operational expenses.
In case of any queries or inquiries, please contact our Customer Service Centre at the General Post Office, Tel: 041-4255511-5 or your nearest Post Office.
