How to prepare baked fish

BOIL for a few minutes and simmer. Mix the leeks, green pepper and carrots and boil for about 8 minutes. <br>

Ingredients
1 medium size fish
Salt and fresh pepper
Chopped parsley
1 meduim size carrot
1 green pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar

For stuffing
6 tablespoons of olive oil
1 onion and 4 large cloves of garlic
Brown bread crumbs
Fish with only the head and tail
Chop the leeks, wash the carrots and dice them into cubes. Place wine and vinegar in saucepan and stir.

Boil for a few minutes and simmer. Mix the leeks, green pepper and carrots and boil for about 8 minutes.

Transfer the leeks to a large dish. Boil salt, pepper and sugar and pour over the leeks. When stuffing, heat the oil over a low fire and fry the onions and garlic.
Season the fish with salt and peppe r and stuff it with the mixture.

Tie a string around the fish. Bake for 25 minutes and remove the foil. Sprinkle the bread crumbs and serve with roast potatoes.
