THE Wagner Graduate School of Public Service is offering study opportunities to African women wishing to further their careers in public service, reports Stephen Ssenkaaba.
The fellowship offers one student the opportunity to study in one of two graduate programmes at New York University Wagner — the two-year Master of Public Administration or the one-year MSc in Management of International Public Service Organisations. The fellowship award supports tuition, housing, travel to and from the US and a small stipend to cover books and miscellaneous expenses.
