Cook it my way: Irene’s rice & chicken

*Green pepper
*Garlic
*White pepper
*Chicken stock
*Royco (Mcuzi Mix)
*Cooking oil
*Rice
Method
1. Boil the rice.
2. Fry the onions until they are golden brown.
3. Add the garlic and fry for another two minutes.
4. Add the chicken and the rest of the vegetables and the pepper.
5. Cook until the tomatoes have formed a paste. Keep stirring to ensure that nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan and burns.
6. Add stock or water to cover the chicken and let it boil.
7. After about 15 minutes, add some Royco to thicken the soup. Turn down the heat and cover the saucepan and let the chicken continue cooking until it is ready.
8. Take it off the fire and serve with the rice
