THE Kawempe Division deputy RDC has advised his counterpart in Kampala to be careful when handling the residents’ problems.

Edward Sekabanja told Alice Muwanguzi not to be deceived by people who claim to have been sent by the President.

Sekabanja was speaking during the hand-over ceremony of the Kampala RDC on Thursday.
Muwanguzi replaced Dr. Stanley Kinyatta.

Sekabanja advised Muwagunzi to thoroughly investigate cases before she takes action, adding that she should interact with everyone regardless of their political affiliations. He appealed to Kampala residents to support her.

Kinyatta said he was proud to have left the office without getting involved in illegal land sales and evictions in the city.

“I would rather die a poor man, than be corrupt,” Kinyata said.
Muwanguzi pledged to serve all residents without discrimination.
