Buganda King Ronald Mutebi has boosted the Uganda Squash Rackets Association with sh2m, to field a team at the prestigious Parklands Open in Nairobi, Kenya next week.

Buganda King Ronald Mutebi has boosted the Uganda Squash Rackets Association with sh2m, to field a team at the prestigious Parklands Open in Nairobi, Kenya next week.
“We have received sh2m from the king of Buganda. This brings the funds drive to sh4m, which is good for the team,†national squash coach Simon Kajubu said.
“This money will help us acquire equipment plus other items for the trip.â€
Nile Breweries, the main sponsors of squash, also offered the association sh2m.
The team is made up of Brian Okumu, Michael Kawooya, Paul Nkambwe together with Kajubu as team leader.
USRA last weekend organised a fundraising function at Kampala Club that fetched sh0.9m in cash and pledges.
