UNCLE Kaboggoza, a presenter/comedian with Beat FM, a Luganda radio station based in Kampala, has released a musical album.

The CD, Ani Mukodo, has six Luganda songs, which are done in various styles.
The title-track Ani Mukodo, which is laden with beautiful Afro-beats, is probably the hottest item on the CD.

The love duet, which features singer Doreen Kwagala, is about a love relationship, which hits a snag because of lack of generosity on the part of the male partner and lack of appreciation by the female.

Another song, Onkyayiraki, which is done in Zouk, is another interesting song in which Kaboggoza projects the depression/disillusionment of a lover, who is deserted by his partner without a sound reason.

He also brings out the endemic social problem of dishonesty in the song Abantu b’ensi eno, which is wrapped in rhythmic reggae beats.

Kaboggoza also goes back to his Christian roots in the Gospel song Guma (take courage), another Afro-beat stuff.
The other tracks are Ndimuggyawa (Zouk) and Asinga Abalungi(love song).

The album, which was recorded at Diblo Studios, will be launched tomorrow at Eden Service Park, Bwayise.
