EDITOR—On Friday, Tracy Ruyonga wrote a letter entitled “Mayombo story says little”. It is true the story that the report about Brig Mayombo’s death had been handed over to President Museveni says nothing new.

What would be news to the public is the content of the report. Since it was an official public inquiry, surely, there is no way it can be classified information.
