Pulkol did a good job on MPs

EDITOR—Our MPs are an interesting lot. They are not happy with David Pulkol for assessing them. They have ignored the salient issues the survey highlights and have instead resorted to name-calling.

Yes, Pulkol may have lost his seat but that is no reason why elected MPs never think of attending parliamentary sessions and district council meetings but never forget even once to go to the bank! The survey is a great eye-opener to what our dear leaders are doing to us.

This is an opportunity for the taxpayer to realise the fallacy of having to finance a Parliament that is bursting at the seams for no work done. Ugandans must realise that our huge parliament benefits only the MPs and is a white elephant to the citizens! Don’t take the crap that it is about representation. It is about exploiting the ignorant!

EDITOR—I would like to thank David Pulkol with his team for releasing the second report on our MPs’ dismal performance. I would also like to ask the MPs which image Pulkol has damaged.

before his report, many of them had been involved in malpractices although some Mps have done well in their areas and are still popular.
