You would think the court battles he recently had with Shumuk Group of companies over payments pertaining to Shumuk House, left city businessman Bonny Katatumba with holes in his pockets. Apparently not. Katatumba, also the honourary consul of Pakistan in Uganda, has bought a new Toyota Harrier 2007 estimated at over sh50m.
Snoops spotted his daughter Angella cruising the shiny black Toyota Harrier registration number UAM 768B. We have since learnt that the car was shipped in directly from Japan as a gift to Angela but we do not know exactly for what. The car has a cream leather interior, TV screen, Hi fi system and sun roof.
Angella has been seen cruising in either a Mercedes Benz ML 320, or a Lexus LX 470, both with customized registration, URED. URED is an acronym for Uganda Real Estate Developers, a company she co-owns with the Rubanda West MP, Henry Banyenzaki.
