takeover of Kampala! Why?
The greatest fear these people have is loss of jobs. To most people it is better to have kampala under the central government. The five divisions of the city have failed to put up any significant development. Look at Kawempe, for instance.
The local authorities have failed to work on Nabweru road on a stretch that is only about 200 metres yet they collect taxes.
There is a lot of filth along the same road! Why should they make noise as if Kampala was given to them by God. We need a better Kampala.
