Speaking during a tour of St. Charles Lwanga Catholic parish in Bajjo, Lugazi Diocese, Bishop Mathias Sekamanya said an education system that does not value the fear of God is useless.
Sekamanya explained that children who are inspired to love God at an early age live exemplary lives.
