I wish I were fatter – Sister Charity
SISTER Charity aka Kyobutungi of the Grade fame is a Mbarara–based musician who co-owns Rays Band with her husband Charles Lwanga a.k.a Rasta Charz. She is also a member of ARK Entertainment. PIDSON KAREIRE asked her about essence for life
Ugandan role model
I admire the late Kezia Nambi for her inspirational music.
International role model
I have admired Celine Dion since my childhood because of her meteoric rise to the top.
Any food or drink for beauty
I drink a lot of milk to stay healthy.
Any Ugandan product you are proud of
Uganda Waragi. Although I don’t take it, I discovered it is the only locally manufactured spirit that is known internationally.
Hairstyle
I wear my hair long, because short hair makes me look like a child.
High heels or flat shoes
High heels are my thing. They boost my height and give me a sense of confidence.
Hobbies
Watching movies and listening to music.
What do you hate but you are forced to have due to nature
I don’t like clubbing but due to the nature of my job I have to go to night clubs to perform.
If you could, what would you change about yourself
My size! I don’t think my achievements correspond to my size. So I would add a little extra flesh.
What makes you laugh
Comedy.
Favourite music
R&B and slow reggae.
Favourite film
Action movies.
What do people find attractive about you
My smile.
What don’t people like about you
I take life too easy.
