WITH the way the nomination list stands, this week is definitely critical on the M-Net reality show. The two pairs up for possible eviction come Sunday, happen to comprise the most entertaining housemates so far – Hannington and Nigeria’s Kevin.

WITH the way the nomination list stands, this week is definitely critical on the M-Net reality show. The two pairs up for possible eviction come Sunday, happen to comprise the most entertaining housemates so far – Hannington and Nigeria’s Kevin.
But of course, one of the pairs weighs heavier than the other owing to what else the second housemate adds to the game even though they are not as entertaining.
Taking the lead is the pair comprised of Hannington and Ethiopia’s Yacob. Uganda’s Hannington might not be the housemates’ favourite. Of course you know why.
Our dude is simply a threat, so the housemates want him evicted. A threat in every sense of the word, that is, he could win the jackpot; then the guys fear that the girls they have their eyes on have the hots for Hannington.
It’s that bad – blame it on his cool looks, especially now that he has shaven off his rugged hair and looks ready for a role on a James Bond movie set.
But the housemates aside, Hannington has lots of viewers with an eye on him. They like it that he’s just about the only guy in the house who is sincere with his emotions.
If he likes a girl, he goes in for her. If she starts beaching about, he puts her in her place, as in, tells her off and moves on to the next one who can handle his self-worth.
If anyone is messing up with him, he gives it to them in full shots, unlike the others who want to cushion their temperaments.
The fans love this and will definitely vote to keep him in the house so they see what else he is about to do.
His unpredictable personae aside, he has got gray matter up his skull and discusses serious stuff when it is his ‘serious’ time, which we serious people love, really.

In fact, he canvassed to avert the voting trend, and although housemates minds were already made up and he failed to change them (they couldn’t listen to reason), he showcased good brain power that I predict could win him a job on the next campaign team in his country.
So the viewer who knows their game will definitely vote in favour of Hannington and Yacob, but not Kevin and Elizabeth.
What does ‘wana-be’ Kevin add to the game apart from dressing up and walking with a swagger?
Besides, two other Nigerians would stay in the house with Kevin gone. I still can’t put a finger on what Tanzania’s Elizabeth adds, which means she’s expendable.
