My auntie told me I was good for nothing. She had misplaced her buttons and somehow thought I was the culprit. I felt like hanging on a pin but then it turned out to be a blessing in disguise because I have grown up to prove to her that I am something.

I’m very proud
I was told I was very proud. I was at a function and I was being introduced to her by the guest. So when he said this is so and so, I said I know instead of ‘nice to meet you’. After the introduction, she remarked that I was a proud guy. My comment did not come off as nice but in all honesty it meant well. The comment just put me in an awful situation that I had to explain myself to her.

She said: “You men should stop thinking with your other heads.†Prior to this, we were holding a discussion on sex and you know men’s conversations tend to be vulgar. It was the first and last time I heard that. I am very careful and very aware of other people when I am going to open my mouth especially on matters of sex.
