<b>Kajubi case resumes</b><br>MASAKA - The Masaka High Court judge, Moses Mukiibi, will today resume the hearing of the murder case against Kampala tycoon Godfrey Kato Kajubi after a two-week break.

MASAKA - The Masaka High Court judge, Moses Mukiibi, will today resume the hearing of the murder case against Kampala tycoon Godfrey Kato Kajubi after a two-week break. Mukiibi said he wanted the district criminal investigations department chief, Christopher Rugumayo, to clarify more on the investigation. Mukiibi also instructed the prosecution to recall the Masaka Police Station scene of crime officer Rashid Nyanzi, over his testimony.

Teacher wins Rotary award

MUKONO - A teacher of Namilyango Junior School has scooped the Rotary Vocational Award for his dedicated services in promoting education in the district. Hillary Mbalire, who has been serving for over 30 years, received the award at the Rider Hotel in a ceremony organised by the Rotary Club of Seeta. The ceremony was presided over by the assistant governor of Kampala Rotary Club, Sam Bwaya. Mbalire thanked the Rotarians and promised better services.
