I lose control during kissing
Dear Dr,
I am 28, married for six months. As soon as we start kissing, I ejaculate within two minutes and then wait a long time for another erection and she gets annoyed. Please help.
Harry
Dear Harry,
This problem is called premature ejaculation. It is common, especially at the beginning of a man’s sex life. It is increased by fear, being uncomfortable with your partner and anxiety. It may also be caused by some drugs or the penis being too sensitive.
The more one has sex, the better control one has. When in action, relax and continue stimulating one another. Then when you get another erection, you will most likely do much better.
If the head of the penis is very sensitive, using a condom may help. You can also train yourself, like trying to delay ejaculation when you are making love. When you are nearly ejaculating, stop or slow the stimulation. Then after some time, you can start again.
Squeezing the head of the penis strongly for a few seconds just before you ejaculate is a trick which helps. This makes the urge to ejaculate go down.
Your doctor may help with drugs to delay ejaculation, or counselling. Do not despair. This can be solved.
