State minister for finance and planning Ruth Nankabirwa said: “SACCOs are your own banks. They employ people you know. You should join them. It is through your own banks that you will fight unscrupulous people.†Nankabirwa was addressing district leaders and heads of SACCOs during a meeting at Kagote SDA hall in Fort Portal town on Tuesday.
