The Oscar win pushed her into the list of highest-paid actresses in Hollywood; earning $10m per movie and ranking seventh, behind Halle Berry, Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore, Renée Zellweger, Reese Witherspoon, and Nicole Kidman.
But like fellow A-Lister Angelina Jolie, she managed to sneak into and out of Uganda without our knowledge. Yet, we still got wind of her visit just hours before she flew out.
Charize Theron, that gorgeous South African actress, film producer, and former fashion model known for such movies as Mighty Joe Young, The Devil’s Advocate and The Cider House Rules, was apparently here to visit Watoto Children’s homes.
Our snoop spotted photos of her in Gulu with her mom Gerda and pastors Gary & Marilyn Skiner of Watoto church; Bobbie Houston (who with her husband are founders & senior pastors of Hill song Church) and Phil & Lucinda Dooley of Hillsong, Capetown where, we hear, the Skiners are looking to open another Watoto Children’s Home.
Theron, who earlier this week appeared on Global television conducting the World Cup draw in Cape Town, South Africa, came Tuesday evening and left Wednesday night.
