WE sit all day in the office and again sit in cars all the way home. As a result, at night, while going to bed, many of us experience a slight pain in the back or even put on a kilo or two too much.
Do not ignore this. It may lead to many further diseases and even cause disability. Do not panic though. Simple exercises keep you fit.
Lying flat on your back with your feet places firmly on the ground, lift your legs, bringing your knees towards your face, then return them to the original position. Repeat this for ten minutes every morning. This exercise is good for your back and tummy.
