WE sit all day in the office and again sit in cars all the way home. As a result, at night, while going to bed, many of us experience a slight pain in the back or even put on a kilo or two too much.
Do not ignore this. It may lead to many further diseases and even cause disability.
Do not panic though. Simple exercises keep you fit.

Lie on your back and raise your knees, placing your feet firmly on the ground. Link your hands together behind your head.
Lift one leg towards your chest while at the same time using the linked hands to lift your head and upper body.

This should see your raised knee coming towards and touching the opposite elbow.
Return to the original position and do the same with the other leg.
Repeat this action for at least 10 minutes. This exercise works the muscles in your neck, back and tummy.
