Cook it my way: Rytter’s deep fried irish with skin
<b>Ingredients</b><br><br>*8 medium sized Irish potatoes<br>*Three stems of coriander<br>*3 cloves of Garlic<br>*Royco<br>*Mixed spices

*8 medium sized Irish potatoes *Three stems of coriander *3 cloves of Garlic *Royco *Mixed spices *Onions *Ginger *Cinamon *Salt
Method
1. Wash the irish potatoes thoroughly well. Don’t peel. 2. Place them in a saucepan. 3. Cut onions 4. Crush garlic, coriander and ginger 5. Add mixture to the saucepan 6. Add salt, rosemarie, cinnamon and mixed spices to saucepan 7. Add water just to cover potatoes and boil for 10 minutes. 8. Drain the potatoes and place on a wide plate or tray to dry a bit. 9. Heat oil in a frying pan 10. Deep fry the irish until they turn golden brown.
