It is made worse by sweat and dampness around the area.
An anti-fungal cream will help treat this infection. Apply it daily until the symptoms go and the rash disappears.
Continue for about two weeks after so that it does not recur. Wash regularly. Use clean, absorbent underwear and change them often.
