Wavah, a Man of Varlour

Honorary Consul for Hungary, Gordon Wavamunno got the award of St John Ambulance from Queen of England last year putting him among the "Men of Valour" in Hungary. On Monday, Wava was garlanded with a Bronze medal and certificate for the protection of Hungary citizens. He is the first man in Africa to receive the accolade. When envoy, Gabor Sagi brought the honour, Wava hastily invited close friends, the Alikers, Tim Lwanga and Cranes Coach Laszlo Csaba to his Munyonyo residence for a celebratory cocktail.
