EDITOR — I recently went to City Oil Petrol Station on Bombo Road to refuel my car and check the pressure in the tyres. As the car was being worked on, I asked the attendants where the washrooms were.

I was pleasantly surprised to find very clean toilets. I thank the management and staff for the cleanliness — a rare sight in Kampala.
Please keep up the standards of cleanliness and customer care. Other fuel stations should borrow a leaf from City Oil.
