According to the US Census Bureau, about five million Americans are above 85years. Dr Laurel Yates of Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston published her study in the Archives of Internal Medicine saying exercising and not smoking “can have great payoff by adding years to your life and making those years good with less disease.â€
