IS it possible to make everybody happy? The answer is yes if they accept responsibility. utl philosophy is for as long as customer contributes to profit making, they should be appreciated. This is one way customers earn their respect.
Their customer appreciation week ended last Friday with a colourful cocktail at Alleygators, Garden City. Over 300 customers represented their colleagues at the party.
The appreciation exercise aimed at rewarding clients who have helped the company grow to one million subscribers. Part of the week’s activities saw managers and other senior utl staff physically getting feedback from their clients in all parts of the country.
At the cocktail, Jazz maestro Isaiah Katumwa stole the show. He kept the audience, captivated as he played his trumpet and xylophone.
Owela Band and Desire Luzinda also tried to bring life into the house but were not as excellent as Katumwa.
The climax of the function was a raffle and ten mobile phones (Katikitiki model) were won by different customers.
