Where is the emphasis on sciences?

THE Government claims to put a lot of emphasis on sciences in Uganda’s schools. What is interesting however, is that it preaches one thing and does another! If sciences are so important, why does the Government sponsor only a tenth of the post-graduate medical students?

This is the same Government which screams about brain drain! What do they expect?
