The defending champions of the youth tournament registered two wins to finish top with six points.
Central Division dominated a team picked to represent Kampala in the Shell U-16 national championships due this week.
Nakawa won one game and drew another to finish second with four points, while Rubaga finished third with a point and Kawempe came last with no point.
According to Friends of Football — organisers of the event — action this weekend will have Group A comprising Central, Kitgum, Bunyoro-Kitara and Western.
Group B has East Buganda, Lira and Elgon regions while group C has South Buganda, Nile and Gulu. The finals are slated for Easter Sunday.
