THE Police in Tororo are holding three people, including two Kenyans, over the theft of laboratory equipment worth sh30m.

THE Police in Tororo are holding three people, including two Kenyans, over the theft of laboratory equipment worth sh30m.
The district Police commander, Venn Gaudencio Okumu, identified the suspects as Ali Mubarack Olinga and Samuel Kimani, both Kenyans, and Robert Epaderet.
The suspects allegedly beat up a watchman at the Sir Albert Cook laboratory institution, entered the stores and stole 10 microscopes, four generators and chemicals.
The suspects will be charged with aggravated robbery.
