That scar went on spreading and now it covers almost half of the penis head. The penis is deformed and my erection is weak. I can no longer enjoy intercourse. My partner is leaving me. Please help!

It sounds like when you masturbated in the torch, you injured your penis. The penis is made of sponge-like tissue. When you get an erection, this tissue is filled with blood under pressure. The blood is prevented from getting out by valves in the penis veins which narrow during the erection. When you masturbated, the spongy material at the head of the penis may have been injured.
Unfortunately, when it healed, the scar tissue that formed could not fill with blood. This could have changed the shape of the erect penis and decreased sensation. Consult a urologist surgeon for advice.
