THE inaugural Brigadier Noble Mayombo Memorial Golf Open tees off this morning at Toro Club in Fort Portal.

THE inaugural Brigadier Noble Mayombo Memorial Golf Open tees off this morning at Toro Club in Fort Portal.
The 18-hole tournament is being played in memory of former defence permanent secretary and The New Vision board chairman Mayombo who died in May last year.
According to Toro Club chairman Smart Bwango, golfers from Kampala, Jinja, Entebbe, Masindi, Kabale, Arua, Lugazi, Tororo and Mbarara will compete.
The New Vision, Karugire and Company Advocates, Toro Club and Gilbert Mujogya have sponsored the club event.
