The guards should be discretional
ON Thursday, I went to Rwenzori Courts to withdraw money from Barclays. On reaching the gate, four rude Saracen guards, without even asking us where we were going, denied us entry!
ON Thursday, I went to Rwenzori Courts to withdraw money from Barclays. On reaching the gate, four rude Saracen guards, without even asking us where we were going, denied us entry!
I flashed my ATM card to prove to them that we had business to do at Rwenzori but this was all in vain. One of the guards even asked me whether I was a traffic officer when I tried to tell them that we were causing a jam because of the long queue.
I got out of the car and one of them informed me that a client’s car had been knocked at the premises which caused Saracen to lose a lot of money.
They were therefore, under strict instruction not to let in any car! This makes the guards a liability to Rwenzori courts clients. Saracen should train their staff to be discretional.
