Cook it my way: Rebeccas’ shredded beef

<b>Ingredients</b><br>Beef steak<br>1/2 onion finely diced<br>3 cups water<br>7-8 beef cubes or can use beef soup base<br>Pepper to taste<br>Salt to taste<br>Choice vegetables

Ingredients
Beef steak
1/2 onion finely diced
3 cups water
7-8 beef cubes or can use beef soup base
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Choice vegetables

Method
1. Add all the ingredients to a pan and cook for eight hours on low heat.
2. Remove the beef steak and set aside to cool.
3. To the broth in the pan, add a mixture of flour and water( I usually use one cup of water and 3/4 cup of flour well mixed).
Whisk it so there are no lumps.
4. Shred the cooled beef steak and add back to the broth in the pan.
5. Cook until you are ready to eat.
