The Wandegeya traffic lights have been off for over a month and there are many potholes on several roads in Kampala which need refilling. countless security lights are not working and that has increased insecurity in the city.
My workmate was attacked by a thug on May 9 as she came back from the Akon show. She was beaten up and robbed of her handbag, just because there were no security lights! KCC should stop playing games and develop a priority list to address problems accordingly.
