Citizen Parents, Kahunga Bunyonyi and New Life Centre primary schools impressed on day-two of the Coca-Cola Under-14 Cup yesterday.

The former U-14 champions, Citizen (Makindye), showed they could go all the with way with a 3-0 win over St. Joseph Gulu. Boy Hamid netted twice while Abdu Salam completed the rout in the group B match. On their part, Kahunga of Fort Portal Municipality overran Jolly Joy 4-1 in a group A tie.

Holders Mackay Memorial of Rubaga opened their bid of retaining the title on a false note when they fell 0-1 to St. Joseph Kiyimbwe of Masaka. Asraf Kiyingi netted the crucial goal for the Masaka side in the group C opening match on Monday.
