SINGER Bobi Wine is smiling to the bank. He received sh7.5m from Serena Hotel, Kampala for leasing his Cadillac Escalade to chauffer soccer star Samuel Eto’o for three days!

Apparently, Bobi got the deal when he received a call from Serena Hotel asking him if he could make his car available for the Cameroonian star, who plays for Barcelona. Serena management wanted “an outstanding car, but not a limo.â€
After some haggling, Bobi accepted Serena’s offer of sh2.5m per day for the car. Although Eto’o was on a one-day visit to launch the ‘OMO 10 out of 10 Soccer for Life Schools’ Programme, the Escalade was hired for three days.
