Was Chameleone your first choice?
Hhm! By the time you decide to get married to a man, you have no second choice. Chameleone is the choice I made comfortably. I did not have to put him on the weighing scale because he was definitely the man I loved.
How do you feel being Chameleone’s wife?
I am proud to be Chameleone’s wife because getting married to him has given me the confidence over the small issues we consistently argued over previously. In true love every woman is proud of her husband.
What do you remember most about your wedding?
Seeing Jose crying when we were exchanging our vows.
Why do think he cried?
Jose is emotional. When he is happy he cries, when is annoyed he cries. That particular time he was touched because he and I have come a long way.
Why were you on the phone on your wedding day?
It was not once or twice, but the whole day because it is not a crime to be on my phone. Besides, everyone has his or her approach to life and mine is to be a free woman at all time.
Is it true you dictated the
entire wedding programme?
I did not dictate, we agreed.
We agreed that the marriage vows would be taken at a church of my choice and the reception would be Jose’s choice.
How about the chopper?
The chopper was not in our wedding plans. It was at the last minute that we decided to fly a chopper.
All we wanted were big cars. In fact we paid for the chopper on the eve of our wedding because we had extra money from the wedding budget.
Secondly, it was because of our son – Abba always cried for the chopper every time we went to Kampala Serena Hotel.
How are you prepared to live with a celebrity husband?
Chameleone did not become a celebrity the day I married him. He has always been. The only homework I have is to perfect my skills and responsibilities.
Are you at peace with his flashy lifestyle?
No, but I will have to adjust. When you marry the man you love, you have to love the entire package.
What don’t you like about his lifestyle?
I do not like the brouhaha that comes with his lifestyle. Seventy per cent of what is written about his lifestyle is not correct.
Can you fight another woman over Chameleone?
I will never go physical for a man. There are better ways to fight women without confrontation.
What is your weakness in matters of love?

Why did you first co-habit and yet you are from a staunch Catholic family? I was in love.
What really sparked off the idea of you walking down the aisle?
Jose underwent several changes — from being a boy to a man. What is a better thing than a man getting married?
