DURING puberty, secondary sexual characteristics start showing. In boys, they include developing pubic hair, hair in the armpits and a bigger penis. Boys also start having erections, ejaculating (releasing sperms) and experiencing sexual attraction.

I am 21 years old and I feel abnormal. I have no beard, I have never had a wet dream and my nipples are big. What can I do?

DURING puberty, secondary sexual characteristics start showing. In boys, they include developing pubic hair, hair in the armpits and a bigger penis. Boys also start having erections, ejaculating (releasing sperms) and experiencing sexual attraction.
They also start having wet dreams (dreams about having sex where one’s penis erects and ejaculates during sleep.) Wet dreams are more likely to occur if one is not having sex at all or masturbating.
Secondary sexual characteristics develop at different times for different people. At 21, and from the fact that you are not complaining about others missing, I think you have most. A beard tends to come last.
The nipples and breasts of boys become larger during puberty. This is temporary and goes within a couple of years. Do not squeeze them.
You should not worry. You are normal. If you still have doubts, talk to an older man you trust or a doctor.
