EDITOR—I am writing in support of Douglas Lubega’s complaint about the sorry state of Busabala Road.
EDITOR—I am writing in support of Douglas Lubega’s complaint about the sorry state of Busabala Road.
I also appeal to the Ministry of Works and other relevant authorities to tell us when they are going to fix the road.
I hope one day President Museveni will use this road so that he can get to learn firsthand the plight of the people who use it. It is a nasty road!
