EDITOR—I wish to add my voice to those of people like Atinlango. I agree with him that the planning authority has no impact at all. It is one of the government agencies that seem irrelevant given their lack of functional features.
EDITOR—I wish to add my voice to those of people like Atinlango. I agree with him that the planning authority has no impact at all. It is one of the government agencies that seem irrelevant given their lack of functional features.
Only God knows whether the ‘Planning Authority’ has any authority or any plans at all! Some of these bodies actually lack effective mandate to implement what they are supposed to do. There is also a possibility that they are just employment opportunities for some well-connected people and not necessarily real organisations that are meant to do any work. Another disappointment is the Ministry of ICT.
Maybe I lack information but I don't see their real work yet this would be the centre of the entire government system.
These organisations should tell us what they have done or at least start doing some work.
