Kensington’s general manager Nakku Senkeeto said: “The shortage of housing in Uganda has led to high appreciation in the value of property and high rental costs. Establishing a housing company is a practical and sound investment opportunity for a secure future.â€
The exhibition had real estate, construction, cement and housing companies.
Senkeeto said it is every Ugandan’s dream to own a home. Kensington’s operations span four continents with offices in Kampala, London, Dubai and sister companies in Ghana and India.
