THE trial of Jennifer Aryemo on charges of threatening violence and assault flopped on Thursday due to Grade One magistrate Issah Sserunkuuma’s absence. Ayremo, who was a State witness in a treason case against FDC president Kizza Besigye, and others on the run, are alleged to have assaulted and threatened to shoot Winnie Okidi on January 15, 2007, in Street Industrial Area, Kampala. The case was adjourned to September, 9 by Grade Two Magistrate Maxinsia Namaganda.
